Say "YES!"

Thinking more about the work and philosophy of Live Large. This group of amazing people is aiming to improve lives by addressing social isolation, the virtualization of friendship, and the epidemic of division in society. Part of their manifesto reads:

“Living large means taking full advantage of every day we have on earth while understanding that not all are equal. Some days are stupendous whether spent climbing a mountain or swinging in a hammock. We don’t waste opportunities for adventure, exploring, learning, leisure, or love. We say ‘yes’ and we go.”

Taking advantage of every day and saying “yes” is a big part of living a meaningful life. You will be surprised how many more opportunities present themselves once you start to be deliberate about how you spend your time. Cumulatively, we waste years of our lives doing things that are not important.
